Karateka
Neo-Rio says: Classic early beat-em up. We used to sneak into the classroom during lunchtime to play this game when the teacher wasn't looking. Good memories of my school days.

Garrison
Neo-Rio says: Oh, how I like Gauntlet clones! This one's not too bad - but a bit flawed from the abundance of demons on every level. You can have up to 3 players at once in this one, so someone better get used to the keyboard!

Match Point
Neo-Rio says: Despite its age, this is one of the most playable tennis games on the C64 in my opinion. Many hours spent trying to beat my brother at it.

Quest for the Holy Grail, The
Neo-Rio says: Here's a graphical text adventure based of the well known Monty Python movie. Here, you'll find the three headed knight, the knights who say NIC!, and that insane french guard!
|
Strike Force Cobra
Neo-Rio says: Four elite soldiers must stop the detonation of a bomb. Not a military sim, and not a shoot'em up, the game is more of a platformer with strategic elements. You'll need skill and planning to beat this game.

Tank
J2003C says: This game CAN be played 2P with the 2nd player as the turrent controller on keyboard. Either way, the variety of weapons and enemies make this a very enjoyable shooter!
|
Commando
Neo-Rio says: A classic arcade conversion to the C64. Despite missing a few levels from the arcade game, the playability is flawless. The Rob Hubbard soundtrack puts the arcade version's to shame.
|
Tyrant
Neo-Rio says: As a tyrant in control of a poor country, you will eventually lose this game unless you change to a democracy, destroy the other countries, put hundreds into the secret police, and spend lots of money brainwashing people before elections. Just like real life!

Rolling Thunder
Matt Larsen says: The first game I ever DOWNLOADED off of a pirate BBS. I used to have some big long distance phone bills as a kid!
